Patients who do not currently have an NHS dentist and would like to register for one of the new practices can do so by calling the NHS Dental Registration line on 01422 281576.
They will be asked to leave their name, address, a contact telephone number and the name of their GP practice so that we can confirm that they live in Calderdale.
